Delivery Charges For order values under £15.00 the delivery charge is £3.65. For order values over £18.00 delivery charge is £7.00. Next day delivery available for £11.00 with our confirmation by telephone or e-mail. These prices apply to UK mainland only. For overseas shipment the charges will be as per current prevailing tariff by courier companies. |
Refunds If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your goods, please return within 14 days in original condition and packing. A full refund excluding the delivery charge will be given. Any refund arising in the event of a dispute or cancellation will be refunded within 10 working days. |
Return Goods The goods should be returned to Returns Department, and after inspection by a member of staff the decision will be made to replace or refund, as appropriate. |
Payment We accept payment by all major credit cards i.e. Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, or by cheque in Pound Sterling made via a UK clearing bank. Ownership of the goods does not transfer until we receive payment in full. |

Delivery Goods will normally be despatched within next working days. If the goods are not in stock we will try to despatch within 10 working days.
